Requirements
Required:
- Experience managing large accounts ($200K-$2M) in large companies (>500 employees)
- SaaS experience selling into critical industries such as pharma, financial services, or tech
- Ability to understand the decision-making process and buying centers
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build business cases
Nice to have:
- Pharma HCP engagement expertise
- Experience with demanding customers
- Ability to operate autonomously and resourcefully
Responsibilities
- Identify and close expansion, upgrade and renewal opportunities
- Perform account research, mapping and planning
- Execute account retention and expansion plan
- Build relationships with key account stakeholders
