Requirements
Required:
- You have successfully shipped real AI products, serious prototypes, public projects, agent workflows, eval suites, or tools used by real people.
- You’ve built or meaningfully shaped evals, not just talked about them.
- You understand tool loops, planners, scaffolding, context management, and the practical constraints of agentic systems.
- You think clearly about trade-offs, user value, product quality, and what should or should not be built.
Nice to have:
- Workflow automation, orchestration, or developer tooling background.
- Open-source and community experience.
- Founding or early-stage background.
Responsibilities
- Own one focused AI workstream and lead it independently or work alongside a senior PM.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, DevRel, Community, Support, and Customer Success.
- Raise the bar on AI quality across the platform and make AI behavior inspectable.
