Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years in creative operations, production operations, project management, or similar high-volume creative environments
- Proven experience building scalable operational systems and improving processes
- Strong experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar
- Experience with workflow automation and AI-powered operational tools
Nice to have:
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational metrics and dashboards
- Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Ability to operate independently and make an immediate impact
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end creative operations workflow across strategy, production, post-production, QC, and delivery
- Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Build systems for capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
