Requirements
Required:
- You have several years of experience leading multiple engineering teams and directly managing Engineering Managers in a high-growth product organization
- You know how to set direction across a broad product area and turn technical strategy into clear priorities and outcomes
- You have a strong engineering background and can contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- You’re known for developing leaders, giving clear feedback, and helping teams grow in ownership, performance, and judgement
Nice to have:
- You’re excited by technical products and have worked on developer platforms, automation tools, or adjacent categories
- You’re excited by technical products, builder communities, and the challenges that come with extensible software and automation
- You have experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and could quickly build context in our stack
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multiple engineering teams across Core Experience
- Set technical direction across your area, helping teams make sound architectural decisions and trade-offs
- Support and guide teams building AI-powered product experiences, especially where we are harnessing LLMs in the product
- Create the conditions for teams to operate effectively through growth, ambiguity, and changing priorities
