Requirements
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, preferably in finance, gaming, or consumer products
- Hands-on experience designing and building automated flows including the segmentation and trigger logic behind them
- Data-fluent: Able to pull and interpret performance data independently, identify trends, and act on them
- Highly organized and skilled in time management, with the reliability to hit a daily send window
Nice to have:
- Experience with CleverTap, beehiiv, or a comparable enterprise email/SMS platform
- Demonstrable experience starting an email newsletter from scratch and growing it
- Email and/or SMS monetization experience; affiliate marketing experience
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, QA, and send email and SMS campaigns including managing 2–3 recurring daily newsletters
- Design and implement lifecycle programs across our products and own the journey logic behind them
- Build and launch new newsletters from scratch, on beehiiv or CleverTap
- Integrate and adopt AI across these programs: copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization
