Lead the engineering team responsible for the core capabilities of a crowdsourced testing platform, focusing on technical direction and modernization.

Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years managing a team of 4+ engineers in an agile, remote environment
- Recent experience writing production code and designing or evolving production systems
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic features in production
- Strong affinity with TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and React
Nice to have:
- Prior experience managing a SaaS product
- Experience modernizing legacy systems or paying down significant technical debt
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of agentic workflows in the core of the product
- Set the multi-quarter technical direction for your domains
- Establish effective planning, prioritization, and design review practices
- Own production support for your domains, including triage and root-cause resolution
