Requirements
Required:
- Ownership mindset to define processes and flag problems early
- Technical depth in parsing and transforming structured content at scale
- Customer-facing credibility to manage enterprise customer expectations
- Low tolerance for doing the same thing twice to improve migration efficiency
Nice to have:
- Experience with content management systems
- Familiarity with structured content formats like DITA or DocBook
- Background in technical writing or documentation engineering
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise content migrations end-to-end, including customer communication
- Write and run transformation scripts to import content from various formats
- Build reusable tooling and pipelines to enhance migration speed
- Define the migration process and create a documented playbook
