Requirements
Required:
- 2+ years of prior experience in congress engagement, KOL and pharma stakeholder management
- Experience in congress and medical education event project planning and execution
- Strong understanding of event approval workflows across Commercial, Medical and Legal Review
- Ability to manage customers and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications
Nice to have:
- Experience with live engagement apps and technology
- Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics
- Experience in managing onsite and remote events
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education event projects
- Build, configure and launch live engagement apps using SpotMe Backstage Content Management System
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution on event day
- Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver detailed reports
