Requirements
Required:
- A track record of taking a product from 0→1
- Deep frontend fundamentals with strong React
- A genuine quality-and-tooling mindset
- Comfort working with AI coding agents
Nice to have:
- Experience wiring up pipelines with tools like Vitest, Playwright, MSW, or equivalents
- Autonomy and async communication
Responsibilities
- Ship products 0→1 and then earn the next version from users
- Own the quality pipeline, not just the feature
- Make sure a bug caught once is caught forever
- Work end-to-end and in the open
