Requirements
Required:
- You have proven experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale, including taxonomies, style guides, contributor guidelines, templates, or information architecture
- You’ve worked hands-on with knowledge or context systems and understand what it takes to turn fragmented qualitative information into something others can reliably use
- You’re comfortable configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms, working with APIs and integrations, and independently troubleshooting basic issues
- You have a track record of training non-technical stakeholders and enabling them to confidently maintain high-quality content themselves over the long term
Nice to have:
- You’re familiar with Qontext.ai or a comparable agent-context platform
- You have experience with or a strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- You have a background in knowledge management, metadata, or data governance
Responsibilities
- Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context
- Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time
- Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources such as Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion using our context platform’s tooling
- Keep content structures, contributor guidelines, and knowledge freshness current as n8n and the platform evolve
