Requirements
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT systems administration, SaaS administration, IAM, workplace engineering, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and an identity provider such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, groups, roles, access changes, application assignments, and secure deprovisioning
- Experience administering macOS devices through an MDM platform such as Kandji, Jamf, JumpCloud, Workspace ONE, or a comparable tool
Nice to have:
- Experience with n8n or another workflow automation platform such as Zapier or Make
- Basic scripting experience using Python, JavaScript, or Bash
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, access reviews, or audit evidence collection
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day identity and access management across Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, and connected SaaS applications
- Deliver reliable and timely onboarding and offboarding experiences in close partnership with People, Finance, managers, and application owners
- Design and build secure automations for recurring IT processes using n8n, APIs, scripting, and AI-assisted tooling where appropriate
- Provide responsive L1/L2 IT support while using recurring issues to identify opportunities for systemic improvement
