Requirements
Required:
- 5–7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing systems-level thinking
- Experience operating as the most senior designer on a product area, setting direction and owning outcomes
- Strong prototyping skills, with experience using AI-assisted prototyping tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence decisions and align teams asynchronously
Nice to have:
- Comfortable designing in ambiguity and building conviction through iteration
- An active, evolving AI workflow in your design process
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end, identifying opportunities and shipping designs
- Design complex, multi-step product flows balancing creator needs and member experience
- Prototype and test at speed using AI-assisted tools and code-generation workflows
- Influence product strategy and contribute to roadmap conversations
