Requirements
Required:
- Working knowledge of Kit's platform: Visual Automation builder, forms/landing pages, tagging, sequences, and API v4 basics
- Prior experience with email marketing platform migrations or technical onboarding
- Clear written and verbal communication with creators, including comfort on Zoom/Loom for walkthroughs
- Detail-oriented — catches mapping errors and scope gaps before they become customer-facing problems
Nice to have:
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with individual timelines
- Background supporting technically complex accounts (multiple integrations, custom automations, large lists)
- Comfort with project-based/contract work and invoicing
Responsibilities
- Dive into our onboarding curriculum in Notion and learn about Kit’s product ecosystem
- Take ownership of your first solo migrations — CSV imports, form/landing page rebuilds, and automation recreation for a standard-complexity account
