Requirements
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing
- A track record of running events from planning through post-event reporting
- Strong project management instincts: you keep many moving pieces on track without dropping details
- Comfort working and communicating with external stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the developer tools landscape, AI infrastructure, and/or hands-on experience with databases
- Experience working with startup accelerators or VC platform teams
- Background in developer community or DevRel-adjacent work
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partner enablement materials that help partners promote and build with Supabase
- Manage the operational cadence of partner programs: collaborating on strategy and tracking activations
- Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events
- Plan and run Supabase hackathons end-to-end
