Requirements
Required:
- 5–10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in high growth tech environments
- Comfortable working in remote first or globally distributed environments
- Strong instincts for written communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in org design, performance management, and coaching senior leaders
Nice to have:
- Energized by solving real world problems in ambiguous, fast moving environments
- Experience in self-serve, commercial, and enterprise motions
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional and executive leadership to navigate org design and performance
- Coach managers and leaders to improve support and consistency across their teams
- Maintain and champion a high-trust, high-accountability culture within a globally distributed environment
- Collaborate cross functionally with Recruiting, People Ops, Legal, and Finance
