Responsibilities
- Design and implement engagement strategies rooted in Feeld’s values
- Serve as a culture ambassador, championing initiatives that deepen employee engagement
- Own and drive employee engagement initiatives using survey data
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of team meetups and retreats
