Requirements
Required:
- Broad, strong HR Generalist experience across People Operations or HR Operations
- Solid employment law fundamentals and working knowledge of HR practices across different countries
- Confidence with systems, spreadsheets and data to stay organised and support decisions
- Proactive and self-directed, noticing gaps and stepping in to fix them
Nice to have:
- Experience in a tech or scaling environment where processes are evolving
- Familiarity with UK or EMEA employment practices
- Experience supporting remote or globally distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Own the running of People Operations across a globally distributed workforce
- Partner with the wider People team to deliver key People programs
- Build and improve processes, workflows, programs and self-service experiences
- Work closely with Finance, IT, People Partners and external providers
