Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years analyzing product usage in B2B SaaS, ideally in a PLG environment
- You thrive working alongside technical, hands-on PMs as a counterpart
- You've owned the analysis behind onboarding funnels, time-to-value, feature adoption
- You're known for going deeper than the obvious — behavioral segmentation, retention drivers
Nice to have:
- You get how technical audiences adopt and use products
- Experience with Python for analysis, including pandas and statsmodels
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms like GrowthBook or Statsig
Responsibilities
- Be the dedicated data partner that helps a hands-on product team go deeper
- Take on the analyses PMs don't have time for and accelerate the ones they're running
- Co-create hypotheses with PMs and pair on how to test them properly
- Bring strong, data-backed opinions about what we should build next
