Requirements

Required:

Strong portfolio showcasing skills in user interface design, interaction design, and visual design
Ability to solve complex design problems and attention to detail
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively

Nice to have:

Experience with tools like Blender, Spline, Rive
Understanding of business needs and implications of design solutions
Comfort in designing, illustrating, iterating, and prototyping

Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in Railway's developer experience, redefining the future of software infrastructure
Collaborate closely with product, support, and engineering to scope, define, design, and ship high-quality features
Contribute to the overall design direction of the product, leveraging creativity and problem-solving skills
Help maintain and evolve the internal Design System
