Requirements
Required:
- 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or you're an ex-founder with strong product instincts
- Experience shipping developer-workflow products including local development tooling, migrations, CI/CD, or Git-integrated deploys
- Ability to break big bets into pieces that ship early and treat each release as a test of your assumptions
- Hands-on technical experience to follow design discussions and form requirements from what the system actually does
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem including migrations, extensions, and tooling
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
- Ability to work asynchronously and make decisions in writing
Responsibilities
- Talking to customers across the full spectrum to understand their needs and set the roadmap
- Making the pieces feel like one workflow by integrating various tools and processes
- Owning the outcome of each launch and defining how it's measured before it ships
- Keeping engineering, design, and leadership aligned on the product roadmap
