Requirements
Required:
- 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or an ex-founder with strong product instincts
- Experience shipping products where the database behaviour is the experience
- Ability to read architecture documents and follow design discussions
- Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem is a bonus
Nice to have:
- Bias toward speed and willingness to ship imperfect products
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
Responsibilities
- Talk to developers across the full spectrum to identify blockers
- Lead Multigres to production adoption and define success metrics
- Own the problem definition, requirements, and success metrics for every capability we ship
- Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned on the roadmap
