Wymagania

Wymagane:

5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong hands-on manual testing skills for complex SaaS applications
Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps

Mile widziane:

Experience testing design tools, editors, or highly interactive UIs
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS), performance testing, and monitoring tools
Understanding of real-time collaboration, OT/CRDT, or multi-user systems

Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of QA engineers (manual + automation)
Own full QA strategy: processes, standards, test planning, and quality gates
Build and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and quality standards
Collaborate with Product & Engineering on acceptance criteria, risk areas, and release readiness
