Lead a distributed team of QA engineers to elevate product quality across a visual design and AI-powered content creation platform. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth and stable product delivery.

Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong hands-on manual testing skills for complex SaaS applications
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps
Nice to have:
- Experience testing design tools, editors, or highly interactive UIs
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS), performance testing, and monitoring tools
- Understanding of real-time collaboration, OT/CRDT, or multi-user systems
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of QA engineers (manual + automation)
- Own full QA strategy: processes, standards, test planning, and quality gates
- Build and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and quality standards
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering on acceptance criteria, risk areas, and release readiness
