Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years of testing experience with a strong focus on backend/API testing and DevOps workflows
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and understanding of complex distributed systems
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Comfortable reading and debugging code (preferably Go)
Nice to have:
- Certifications: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKAD
- Proficiency in Go
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of our testing strategy, shifting to a highly automated, DevOps-integrated workflow
- Act as the technical authority for QA, diving deep into Go and Kubernetes
- Champion the integration of AI-driven testing tools
- Manage and mentor a team of QA Engineers and SDETs
