Requirements
Required:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a related field, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics
- Experience working as an analyst in revenue/sales operations or related fields such as financial analysis, sales analysis or sales order processing
- Excellent attention to detail and data-driven, analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Experience gained within a similar, technology subscription-based business
- Understanding of working in a global, multicultural organization including within a team based remotely in multiple time zones
Responsibilities
- Supporting all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales and business development functions globally
- Driving data quality, through checking opportunities for accuracy, clean order processing, new hire training, policy and process documentation, reporting and data cleansing
- Supporting and enabling the sales team globally on CRM and other revenue operations policies, processes and systems
- Assisting the team with automation and streamlining of the end-to-end Lead to Order process
