About the position
Join a dynamic team to build and evolve the Python SDK for Supabase, ensuring a seamless experience for developers. Collaborate with various teams and contribute to open-source projects.

Requirements
Required:
- Deep knowledge of modern Python typing, including generics and protocols
- Experience in authoring or maintaining a published library with a public API
- Fluency in asyncio and opinions on serving both sync and async callers
- Habitual testing practices, including unit and end-to-end tests
Nice to have:
- Experience with JWT/OAuth and building integrations for AI agent frameworks
- Experience in async or globally distributed teams
- Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve our Python SDK across database, auth, storage, realtime and functions
- Triage inbound issues and review outside contributions
- Make the SDK fully typed and checker-friendly
- Design in public by writing RFCs and migration guides
