About the position

Join the Growth Marketing team as a Senior Frontend Engineer, building web experiences and systems that drive Buffer's growth. Collaborate with marketing and design to implement features and optimize conversion funnels.

Requirements

Required:

  • Strong experience with React and modern web development
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Comfortable with backend logic and third-party API integrations
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience with SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks
  • Experience in remote work environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth engineering projects and own them from concept to launch
  • Build features on Buffer's marketing site to enhance user engagement
  • Shape marketing platform capabilities with systems and frameworks
  • Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B testing
