Requirements
Required:
- 5-7+ years managing engineering teams, with at least 2 years managing multiple teams or a function with cross-domain accountability
- Direct ownership of performance management, career development, and hiring
- Experience navigating dependencies and competing priorities across team boundaries
- Ability to set architectural direction and evaluate complex proposals
Nice to have:
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or API-first company
- Familiarity with fraud detection, identity, device intelligence, or trust and safety domains
- Experience with Cloudflare, SOC 2 compliance, or zero-trust architecture
Responsibilities
- Own outcomes across multiple teams or workstreams
- Develop other managers and senior engineers through 1:1s and succession plans
- Define the architectural strategy for your domain
- Manage cross-domain dependencies and align teams with unified direction
