Requirements
Required:
- 7+ years in security with substantial hands-on AppSec experience
- 2+ years managing people and leading practitioners
- Ability to read code and understand modern web/API architectures
- Experience with AI-driven security tooling and AI-generated code
Nice to have:
- Exposure to identity and access management tools like Okta
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
- Familiarity with security tooling stack including Snyk and Cloudflare
Responsibilities
- Define and own Fingerprint's application security roadmap
- Lead a small team of experienced practitioners in IT and compliance
- Represent Fingerprint's security and compliance posture to enterprise customers
- Proactively communicate security posture and compliance status to leadership
