Requirements
Required:
- Experience designing and running experiments in a two-sided marketplace
- Ability to build and analyze causal inference models and deploy advanced statistical methodologies
- Experience with efficient tracking and instrumentation to measure member’s behavior in the app
- Understanding of network effects and marketplace theory
Nice to have:
- Experience with advanced analytical reasoning
- Familiarity with Amplitude, Snowflake, and DBT
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain an end-to-end product measurement framework
- Partner with product and data leaders to support the rollout of standard product metrics
- Deliver product dashboards that are the primary source of truth for product performance
- Drive high-impact insights that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions
