Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years designing B2B/SaaS products where the problem space was ambiguous and the surface area was large
- A portfolio that shows thinking, not just screens
- Strong systems thinking
- A real point of view on AI in products
Nice to have:
- Speed + judgment
- High ownership in ambiguous environments
- Clear written communication in English (B2+)
