Requirements
Required:
- Experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, or internal AI developer tooling
- Practical experience building AI-assisted software development workflows
- Strong software engineering background in platform engineering or developer experience
- Comfortable leading technical initiatives from problem definition through pilot and adoption
Nice to have:
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepos
- Experience with GitHub Actions or automated testing infrastructure
- Experience with sandboxing or secrets management
Responsibilities
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents
- Design and implement isolated execution environments for agents
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, and CI
- Create benchmarks to evaluate agent output quality and failure modes
