Requirements
Required:
- Experience with Infrastructure products
- Strong ability to compartmentalize and deconstruct customer feedback
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership
- Empathy towards developers' needs
Nice to have:
- Experience with Big Cloud product portfolio
- Ability to work through Terraform configs and Kubernetes setups
- Background in fast-paced, small venture-backed teams
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in their success with Railway and assist them in onboarding
- Collaborate with the team to advocate for customers
- Build out Proof of Concepts and demos based on customer insights
- Help design scalable processes for identifying high-quality prospects
