Requirements

Required:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in a customer facing role, within pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers, with a proven track record of influencing and helping close 6-figure deals in partnership with sales teams
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, APIs, and integrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to demonstrate technical solutions in a compelling and customer-centric manner

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus, but not required
  • Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales Executives to drive complex, technical sales cycles from discovery through evaluation and close
  • Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, business challenges, and success criteria
  • Develop compelling demos, presentations, and technical narratives tailored to both technical and executive audiences
  • Translate customer pain points into scalable Fingerprint solutions that demonstrate clear technical and business value
