Requirements
Required:
- 6-10+ years of experience in a customer facing role, within pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Experience working with Enterprise customers, with a proven track record of influencing and helping close 6-figure deals in partnership with sales teams
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, APIs, and integrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to demonstrate technical solutions in a compelling and customer-centric manner
Nice to have:
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus, but not required
- Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales Executives to drive complex, technical sales cycles from discovery through evaluation and close
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, business challenges, and success criteria
- Develop compelling demos, presentations, and technical narratives tailored to both technical and executive audiences
- Translate customer pain points into scalable Fingerprint solutions that demonstrate clear technical and business value
