About the position
Join the Marketing & DevRel team to grow Supabase's presence on social platforms, primarily focusing on Twitter/X. Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to engage with developers and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
Required:
- 3-5+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a developer-focused or technical product
- Proven track record of growing an audience on Twitter/X, ideally in the dev tools, open source, or SaaS space
- Ability to write in a voice that feels native to developer Twitter, concise, witty, and technically credible
- Comfortable working async in a globally distributed, remote first team
Nice to have:
- Understanding of developer culture, memes, and the nuances of how technical audiences engage on social media
- Energized by community interaction, enjoying being in the replies, not just scheduling posts
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
Responsibilities
- Own and grow Supabase's socials accounts and presence in (X, Threads, Bluesky etc.) developing the voice, cadence, and content strategy that resonates with a developer audience
- Create original content (tweets, threads, shorts, memes, visual posts) that drives engagement and follower growth
- Engage with our developer community by replying, joining conversations, and building relationships
- Monitor trends, conversations, and sentiment across developer Twitter to identify opportunities for timely content
