Requirements
Required:
- 3-5 years experience in client-facing roles, including technical consulting, product demonstrations, and implementation support
- Strong understanding of OpenAPI specifications, API design principles (including RESTful APIs, Swagger, and OAuth2), GitHub, and common web technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, or similar, with the ability to work on API integrations and custom implementations
- Deep understanding of GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
Nice to have:
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- You are customer-centric and data-driven, think analytically and are able to rightsize your efforts based on customer/business needs
- Native English speaker
Responsibilities
- Be the technical expert for sales and prospects, deeply understanding the GitBook product
- Joining customer calls to understand the deepest 'why' behind their product needs & requests
- Distill down feedback and relay customer insights to our product team
- Manage large-scale content migrations
