Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React
- You've owned growth metrics: product activation, retention, or revenue, on a growth or PLG team at a SaaS company
- You've shipped experiments yourself, from hypothesis to ship/kill decision
- You can query data yourself and make decisions from user behaviour and experiments
Nice to have:
- Exposure to pricing strategy, funnel optimization, or revenue KPIs
- Past experience as a founder or early-stage startup engineer
Responsibilities
- Ship high-impact experiments by designing, building, and A/B testing new features
- Drive measurable business outcomes contributing to n8n’s ARR, user retention, and growth KPIs
- Scale growth systems by building and optimizing services for user growth
- Improve and maintain growth-critical features like signup and onboarding
