Requirements
Required:
- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in the roll-out, maintenance, and support of an expanding IT infrastructure
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills as our primary means of communication
- Ability to build and maintain trust across the organization
- Creative and resourceful in implementing simple and scalable IT solutions
Nice to have:
- Solid at time management, balancing a variety of fast-moving projects
- Growth-oriented, keen to build processes that improve efficiency over time
Responsibilities
- Implement SSO applications, manage onboarding/offboarding, and build automation workflows using Okta Workflows
- Implement automated workflows to monitor and enforce license utilization across the SaaS portfolio
- Build tools and processes to eliminate manual work and automate user account creation
- Resolve IT issues as they arise and build automations to eliminate recurring request patterns
