Requirements
Required:
- Ability to turn a UI frame or brand brief into a compelling story
- Experience in building mogrts files and component libraries for motion design
- Strong understanding of brand timing, easing, and personality in motion
- Ability to articulate narrative thinking in motion design to stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience using AI tools in motion design practice
- Ability to work quickly in ambiguous situations
- Strong sense of sound and rhythm in motion design
Responsibilities
- Design and produce motion for product explainers and website animations
- Draft simple storyboards for straightforward projects
- Build polished product demo animations from UI frames
- Create motion guidelines and component libraries for independent use
