About the position
As a Sr. Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical sales engagements and manage the technical lifecycle from discovery to proof of concept implementation. You will articulate business value assessments and navigate complex organizations to build consensus among technical champions and executive buyers.

Requirements
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in a technical role
- 3+ years in solutions engineering or sales engineering
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, Observability, or Cybersecurity
- Relevant certifications such as CKA or CKAD
- Contributions to open-source projects in the Kubernetes ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Lead technical sales engagements and own the 'Technical Win'
- Manage the technical lifecycle from discovery to proof of concept implementation
- Articulate a clear 'Business Value Assessment' that ties technical capabilities to customer needs
- Assist in transitioning newly acquired accounts to the Customer Success team
