About the position
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will operate as a specialized technical leader, working directly with the CTO to explore new frontiers in technology. You will bridge the gap between rapid prototyping, architectural research, and product evolution, shaping the future of our Kubernetes virtualization platform.

Requirements
Required:
- 3+ years of deep technical experience with Kubernetes and GoLang
- Experience that extends beyond just writing software
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time
- Rapid learning agility and quick prototyping skills
Nice to have:
- Deep understanding of cloud-native containers
- Startup experience with significant technical influence
- Experience writing technical content
Responsibilities
- Act as a specialized engineer who identifies product opportunities and builds prototypes
- Manage complex technical projects and guide the engineering team
- Work directly with the CTO to solve high-level problems
- Develop a deep understanding of existing systems and integrate new technologies
