Requirements

Required:

Experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Web Project Management
Strong understanding of UX and conversion optimization
Fluency in CMS tools, particularly Storyblok
Detail-oriented and organized

Nice to have:

Experience with analytics and user behavior tools
Background in growth engineering or automation
Ability to create clear and effective website copy

Responsibilities

Define and execute the website roadmap for lemlist.com and claap.io
Manage day-to-day updates, launches, improvements, and QA
Run ongoing experiments across homepage, pricing, and product pages
Work with PMM, Growth, Design, and Engineering to align the roadmap
