Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer, with strong TypeScript/Node fundamentals across back end and front end
- Experience building and shipping agentic or LLM-based software to production
- Experience designing the agent itself: tools and skills, context and prompt engineering
- Ability to improve systems with evidence from evaluations, regression sets, and feedback
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs is strongly preferred
- Keeping up with community learnings about building agents
- Participating in deciding what to build based on data and customer feedback
Responsibilities
- Design and build the system behind our in-app agent for equity administrators
- Shape the MCP server to integrate equity into AI agents and tools
- Measure and improve the agent's quality through evaluations and feedback
- Design foundations for AI features to be reused across the platform
