Requirements
Required:
- You have 3+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer
- You are comfortable building and shipping production-quality features across the stack
- You care about clean, tested, readable code and thoughtful collaboration
- You take ownership of your work while asking for input early when trade-offs are unclear
Nice to have:
- You enjoy learning complex domains and turning them into simple, maintainable product experiences
- You are curious about equity, financial workflows, and their real-world impact on companies and employees
- You’re excited to grow your technical judgement through code reviews, pairing, and architecture discussions
Responsibilities
- Build reliable, scalable product experiences that help companies manage their equity with confidence
- Work closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to turn complex equity workflows into clear, automated, user-friendly software
- Ship product features and improvements with increasing independence
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape pragmatic, user-centric solutions
