Requirements
Required:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, either at a staffing/agency firm or in an in-house talent role at a fast-paced startup
- Hands-on experience with recruiting/sourcing tools and demonstrated ability to leverage them effectively
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently triage high volumes of inbound applicants and consistently identify strong candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective, role-specific phone screens

Responsibilities
- Review inbound applications across all open requisitions and identify candidates worth advancing, applying sound judgment
- Use Gem and other relevant sourcing/recruiting tools to improve overall recruiting efficiency
- Conduct recruiter phone screens to assess candidate qualifications for a wide range of role types
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and independently execute searches against requirements
