Requirements
Required:
- Advanced SQL skills with a pragmatic approach to complex queries
- Experience with Python for ETL and orchestration using tools like dbt or Airflow
- Familiarity with columnar warehouses such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Experience building BI layers from scratch using tools like Hex or Looker
Nice to have:
- Early-stage startup experience in a sub-30-person company
- Familiarity with Stripe and SaaS metrics like MRR and LTV
- Background in machine learning or forecasting
Responsibilities
- Own the ClickHouse warehouse end-to-end, including schema and ingestion
- Build and maintain data pipelines from various sources like Postgres and Stripe
- Run the BI layer and manage dashboards for growth and finance
- Implement monitoring and alerting for key metrics
