Requirements
Required:
- Have at least 7+ years of production experience with large-scale deployments
- Strong hands-on experience with Java
- Hands-on experience with C
- Have experience with CI/CD, clouds, Linux & networking
Nice to have:
- Proficiency with relational databases, particularly MySQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization
- Have a good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Can work cross-team with backend developers, infra/DevOps, QA, and product owners
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and actively participate in product planning and sprint backlog meetings
- Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements through coding, deployment, and maintenance
- Analyze and interpret stack traces, crashes, memory issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Design and implement Asterisk dialplans
