Requirements
Required:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in organic growth, influencer/UGC marketing, or social-led growth for a consumer app or mobile-first product
- Proven track record running influencer and organic growth programs end-to-end, with measurable impact on installs, engagement, or virality
- Strong understanding of app growth loops, virality mechanics, and short-form/social platform dynamics (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Self-starter who thrives building a new discipline with limited playbook, with excellent communication and creator-relationship skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with ASO, referral/viral mechanics, or web-to-app organic flows
Responsibilities
- Own and scale organic growth efforts across the portfolio, starting primarily with NGL
- Design and test viral growth loops in partnership with Product and Creative
- Build organic/social content strategy and distribution, using AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality or authenticity
- Track and report on organic growth channel performance, tying content and creator activity back to installs, engagement, and CAC offset
