Requirements
Required:
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to make complex ideas feel clear and compelling
- Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems, product truth, and differentiation
- Great project management skills and ability to track large amounts of detail
- Comfort going deep on product details and building credibility with Product, Engineering, and Design
Nice to have:
- Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining a high quality bar
Responsibilities
- Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, key launches, and strategic product narratives
- Partner closely with Product management, Engineering, and Design to refine how products are presented across in-product and external surfaces
- Create and coordinate launch deliverables such as changelogs, demos, enablement materials, email, social copy, and go-to-market communications
- Equip Sales, CX, and other customer-facing teams with the context and materials they need to communicate new launches effectively
