Requirements
Required:
- Strong DevOps / SRE background designing and operating cloud infrastructure and production systems
- Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code, ideally GCP and Terraform
- Ability to diagnose issues across networking, infrastructure, and application code
- Write maintainable code and bring a practical approach to observability and security
Nice to have:
- Enjoy building fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines and improving developer experience
- Curious about supporting AI-assisted development safely - no AI specialism required
- Experience with Node.js, MongoDB or Temporal is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evolve our GCP and Kubernetes cloud architecture and setup with Terraform
- Speed up feedback loops, reduce flaky builds, and turn recurring support requests into self-service tooling
- Reduce alert noise, define meaningful SLOs, and make production issues easier to diagnose
- Partner with InfoSec on secure delivery, access controls, and guardrails for AI-assisted workflows
