About the position
Join a small support team to troubleshoot complex Kubernetes and vCluster issues directly with customers. Work closely with engineering, take ownership of customer problems, and help shape support processes as the company grows.

Requirements
Required:
- 2-3 years hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments
- Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals
- Excellent written communication skills
Nice to have:
- Virtual cluster or multi-tenancy experience
- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes and vCluster environments
- Provide conversational, technical support primarily through Slack
- Collaborate with engineering to escalate critical issues
- Document common issues, solutions, and best practices
